Kier Finalises May Gurney Acquisition With Integration Of 6,000 Employees

09-07-13(2)picFollowing a bid of £221m by Kier for the acquisition of May Gurney, yesterday marked the finalisation and integration of the process, with 6,000 May Gurney employees joining the 10,000 Kier Group team.

The newly expanded construction, services and property business is now set to provide one of the largest services offerings in the UK.

Recent weeks have seen Kier working closely with May Gurney to ensure a smooth integration of the two businesses.
