Police have launched an investigation into the death of a man at a materials recycling facility in Aberdeen.
The incident happened at EIS Waste Services in the Nigg area at around 2.30pm yesterday (Monday).
The circumstances around the fatality are still unclear, however a Police Scotland spokesman said: “Police and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) are making inquiries following the death of a male in his 30s in the Nigg area at about 2.30pm today.
“Inquiries are at an early stage and are ongoing to establish the circumstances.
“As with all sudden deaths a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.”
EIS Waste Services has yet to comment about the incident.
