About

At our site on West Meadows in Derby we treat Road Sweepings (bulked and direct), Gully Waste (bulked and direct) and Interceptor Waste (130508*).

We have 2 wash plants on site – one larger one for the 20 03 03 material and one small one for the hazardous interceptor waste.

Our plant produces aggregate products to BS EN13242. Importantly our municipal clients are presented with a recycling report every month which details how we have treated their waste, this data then feeds into their waste data analysis.

99.5% of the waste entering 2ZLF is recycled with only 0.5% (the litter and oversize) going for energy recovery.

2ZLF also run a small fleet of modern Road Sweepers.
