About

GCSWS is a partnership between Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council. The service collects domestic recycling and waste from 134,000 households and commercial recycling and waste from 2,000 businesses.

GCSWS supports communities and businesses in Greater Cambridge to move towards a circular resource model and to provide an efficient and safe waste collection service for food waste, residual waste, and recyclable materials, to safeguard public health.
