Who are TCMS?
TCMS are one of the UK’s most experienced commercial cleaning companies. Established for over 35 years as a national provider of contract cleaning, we have earned a strong reputation for delivering top quality, bespoke cleaning services to our clients. We pride ourselves on our responsive attitude and commitment to giving the very best service to all of our customers, their staff and service users.

Where are we based?
We are based in the industrial heart of Birmingham and have been Birmingham based since our inception in 1983. Our office is a 10-minute walk from the city centre and in close proximity to the motorways and public transport systems in the UK’s second city.
Where do we operate?
TCMS provide commercial cleaning across the UK. From office cleaning in Birmingham to high level cleaning in London and kitchen cleaning in Wales, we have several business vehicles and operatives on hand to ensure that we can offer our services nationwide.
Who are our clients?
As a commercial cleaning company, we offer specialist and regular cleaning services to businesses across a large range of sectors. We currently have contracts within retail, hospitality, manufacturing, academic establishments, healthcare and public sector. All of our operations are business-based, so we do not currently carry out domestic cleaning, except as part of a public sector contract for Local Authority/Housing Associations.

We have achieved a number of nationally recognised accreditations, including Quality Management (ISO9001), Environmental Management (ISO14001) and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO45001), alongside holding membership of enhanced Health & Safety organisations such as SafeContractor, SSIP and CHAS. This investment in our company’s procedures demonstrates our commitment to providing a high-quality service whilst maintaining exacting high standards of Health & Safety across all of our operations. We have also achieved the Constructionline Gold Membership.
